REFUNDS/RETURNS

We do not offer any returns on any Hanscreative items. If you no longer wish to proceed with you order email hanscreative@outlook.com.au within 48hrs of placing your order and a refund of the total value of your order will be issued.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items. 

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

For change of mind purchases, please email hanscreative@outlook.com.au within 48hrs of your order, a refund of the total value of your order will be issued.

By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a refund.

EXCHANGES

Hanscreative does not accept exchanges.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please email hanscreative@outlook.com.au for further steps. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
